INTRODUCTION TO REPORTING DOCUMENTS
This web page includes instructions, forms and timelines for recipients of Recovery Act funds who are required to report spending and jobs funded as required by section 1512 of the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act.
The instructions and timelines listed below apply to executive branch state agencies reporting through New Mexico's centralized reporting system, CertiClear. The reporting period covers January 1, 2011 through March 31, 2011.

Agencies must have their Cabinet Secretaries sign this form to certify they have completed their data quality review and are ready for NMORR to submit their reports to federalreporting.gov. - 1512 Quality Assurance Certification
Agencies' Cabinet Secretaries will sign this form to certify their agencies have completed the data quality review per the period established by the Office of Management and Budget (OMB). - 1512 Award Closeout Documentation
Once an ARRA award has been fully spent, this document instructs recipients on the verifications necessary for reporting the close out of the 1512 award.
